This policy explains what personal data is collected on this website, why, and what rights you have. Data collection is kept to the minimum needed to respond to your request.
Who is responsible
This website is run by Daniel Orosz (Oros Media, ZZP), based near Maastricht, Limburg, the Netherlands. For any privacy question, email info@oros.agency.
What data is collected
Only what you choose to send through the contact form — your name, your preferred contact method and handle (email, Telegram or WhatsApp) and your message. The site has no accounts and no login.
Contact form
When you submit the form, the details are sent through a serverless function and delivered to me as a Telegram message so I can reply. They are not stored in a database and are used only to answer your enquiry. Legal basis: your request / pre-contract steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Analytics & cookies
With your consent, the site uses Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site. Nothing analytical loads until you accept. You can change or withdraw your choice anytime via "Cookie settings" in the footer. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Hosting
The site is hosted on Netlify, which processes standard server logs (such as your IP address) to deliver the site securely. Some providers may process data outside the EU under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
How long data is kept
Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up. Consent preferences are stored for up to 6 months, after which you are asked again.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its use, by emailing info@oros.agency. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
